EyeLash Extension Policies

Booking Policies

For your first appointment with Magic Lashes by Naomi, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows for paperwork to be filled out and a proper introduction to our services without taking up any of your treatment time.
For any return visits to our studio, we ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
For all eyelash extension appointments, full sets and refills, it is important that you come to your appointment without mascara or eye makeup. As the chemicals in the makeup prevent the glue from adhering properly, a cleaning fee may be applied if it is necessary for our technician to remove your makeup.

Magic Lashes by Naomi requires that clients are 18 years of age or older to receive our services.
Clients under the age of 18 may be able to receive our services with the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are under 18, please contact us prior to booking to ensure we can properly accommodate you.

We appreciate and value our client's time at Magic Lashes by Naomi, and your appointments are time that is reserved specifically for you. We understand that occasionally adjustments need to be made, and we kindly request that you make any changes in accordance to the following policies. This allows us to better accommodate all of our clients, and ensure our waiting list is kept to a minimum.
Magic Lashes by Naomi requires at least 24 hours notice of any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment will result in a $30 fee.
All "no-shows" (missing your appointment without calling or messaging us prior to your scheduled appointment time) will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled appointment amount.
Any appointments made 24 hours or less in advance of the scheduled appointment time will have 4 hours from the scheduling of the appointment to cancel or reschedule at no charge. After 4 hours, you will be charged a $30 fee.
All appointments are required to be secured with a valid credit card. This information is kept and encrypted by our booking system, and we do not have direct access to it.
As a courtesy, you will receive a text message and email reminder prior to your appointment time. Please do not reply to these automated messages, as replies will not be received. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will need to contact us directly.

Shipping and Returns

Prices are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Magic Lashes by Naomi. There are no price guarantees and the price at the time of purchase will not be adjusted if the item's price changes in the future.
All requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days of purchase. Any requests made after 10 days of purchase will not be accepted.
The buyer is responsible for any return shipping charges, and the original shipping charges will not be refundable.
There may be a restocking fee for your return or exchange, which will be be determined by Magic Lashes by Naomi at the time the request is submitted.

All orders will be shipped with Australia Post via flat rate express shipping, at a rate of $14.50
If your order totals over $100, we recommend that you choose flat rate express shipping with signature required upon delivery at a rate of $18.50
Local pickup is available from the Magic Lashes Studio in Moonah, Hobart, Tas. Please choose this option when checking out, and wait for notification that your order is ready to be picked up.
Magic Lashes by Naomi is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or packages that were shipped to the wrong address as a result of client error. Please ensure that you have correctly entered your details when purchasing.
Magic Lashes by Naomi cannot guarantee shipping times. For approximate shipping times, you can check Australia Post's website.

Personal information collected by Magic Lashes by Naomi may include, but is not limited to, your name, email, phone number, address, and date of birth.
At all times we strive to collect only the applicable information necessary for the current purpose.
All information collected by Magic Lashes by Naomi will be used for the sole purposes intended.
We will never share, sell, or rent out your personal information, or use it for any other purpose than which it was originally intended.
